The intelligent control system of rotary kiln is a multi loop and multi node control system which is based on Smith predictive control principle, adopts artificial neural network model as predictive model and integrates fuzzy control technology and expert system technology. It takes the whole kiln system as the control object, refers to the values and changes of various monitoring parameters, macro analyzes the system status, and then makes comprehensive judgment and adjustment on the adjustment amount, because it integrates the operator's operation experience, and analyzes and summarizes the historical data of the kiln system, which is integrated into the control. Therefore, its control is very targeted, and because it adopts multiple control mode, it makes up for the one sidedness of single loop control.
The system consists of two parts
1. Main control part: used to replace the traditional simple controller or PID controller;
2. Expert system: it is used to judge and deal with special events in the production process, or give system status or operation tips.
